Requesting Data Deletion
To initiate a request for data deletion, including specific recordings or your entire account, please follow these instructions:
1. Contact:
- Requests for data deletion should be directed to wnehrboss@casca.ai
2. Request Details:
- In the body of the email, state your request for data deletion. Specify whether you want to delete specific recordings or your entire account.
3. Specific Recordings (if applicable):
- If you’re requesting the deletion of specific recordings, provide the following details for each recording:
- Recording title(s), if available
- Date(s) of the recording
- Conversation title(s) or topic(s)
4. Provide Account Information:
- Include the following information to help identify your account:
- Account Username
- Account Email Address
- Team ID. Accessible in the my profile page on the Casca app.
6. Contact Information:
- Include your full name and any relevant contact information.
7. Response:
- After sending the email, you should receive a response confirming the receipt of your request and outlining any necessary steps or timelines for processing.
